Moseley-Flint Policies

CLASSROOM

Registration Policies:
Pre-Registration:

Students may pre-register with a $50 deposit for Pre-License classroom courses. Pre-registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE but may be applied to any class for one year from date of payment. Classroom tuition above the first $50 is refundable if a WRITTEN refund request is received by our office 1 business day prior to the start of class. Register online or mail (check or credit card) or fax (credit card only) the registration form with full payment, so that we receive it at least 1 business day prior to the first class session to take advantage of pre-paid package savings and avoid the $20 walk-in surcharge. Moseley Flint will mail, fax or e-mail you a confirmation, time permitting.


Walk-in Registration: (space available only)

Walk-in registrants, must pay tuition plus a $20 surcharge by check or credit card (no cash accepted) at the start of class.

Moseley Flint reserves the right to cancel a class(es).

Reschedule Policy:

Fees apply per person per event:

One-time only, 5+ days written notification - No charge
1-4 days written notification - $10 charge
All no shows - $20 charge

Note: To reschedule from distance learning to classroom, all distance learning materials must be returned to Moseley Flint in unused and saleable condition with a written request to reschedule.

There will be NO REFUNDS after this "first course date", however, students have ONE YEAR to transfer monies left on account from one class to another, or may place their enrollment on "hold" for one year at no additional charge. At the end of one year students must re-enroll at current tuition rates. NO CREDIT will be allowed for textbooks.

Refund & Certificate Policy:

Written requests for refunds must be received in our office 1 business day prior to start of class. A $25 fee for CE courses and a $50 fee for Pre-License courses will be held on the student's account for 1 year from the date of your original registration. Certificates are given after each course. There is a $20 fee to supply a replacement certificate for a class with a start date older than 3 years.

Service Fees :

Walk-in fee - $20
Replacement certificates fee - $20 fee to supply a replacement certificate for a class with a start date older than 3 years
Replace distance learning materials fee - $25
Same-day grading fee - $18
Returned check fee - $25

HOMESTUDY


Full payment is required for Homestudy courses and exam prep study tools. Homestudy fees are NOT refundable but students have 1 year to transfer to the next available classroom course (classroom materials must be purchased separately).
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! If for any reason you are unable to complete your self-study course, you may return it in an unused condition and apply monies paid toward the next available classroom course (classroom materials must be purchased separately)
NO EXTRA CHARGES for shipping, grading, retesting, state filing fees! Homestudy tuition is non-refundable. Students have one year to complete their course.
