90 HOUR QUALIFYING COURSE - Online Homestudy, $675
This course meets the full 90-hour education requirement for real estate appraiser license, which includes the 75-hour core course requirement as well as the 15-hour Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) requirement.

75 HOUR QUALIFYING COURSE - Online Homestudy, $575
This course meets the minimum education requirements for the trainee designation, which includes the 60-hour core course requirement as well as the 15-hour Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) requirement.

15 HOUR USPAP COURSE - Online Homestudy, $180
This course is appropriate for students who are interested in receiving the mandatory 15-hours of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP) qualifying education credit.
